Chloe Walton
Chloe is a leadership consultant and executive coach whose expertise spans Values Led Leadership, Advancing Female Leaders and D&I and Reverse Mentoring. She has a real passion and drive for challenging conventional thinking, creatively exploring a wide range of new perspectives, and champions people's inner strengths to help them become more inclusive and engaging leaders.
Chloe is a certified leadership coach (CPCC) with the Co-active Training Institute and has coached leaders across the world. She is also a member of the Institute of Coaching (ICF) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is bound by both the ICF and EMCC Code of Ethics.
Prior to consulting, Chloe worked in senior leadership roles in the corporate sector for over 20 years, across retail, finance and professional services, to more recently supporting senior leaders across insurance, the NHS, Policing and professional sports.
Haydn Bratt
Haydn Bratt is a leadership consultant and executive coach with expertise in creating behavioural change through the adoption of success habits, entrepreneurship and the future of leadership.
Haydn is an author (Microleadership 2018) who has spent his entire career understanding the psychological frameworks that help support high performance. He is an avid reader and student of neuroscience, psychology and how this is applied to leading teams. He believes that every person should have the opportunity to do work they love in an environment that supports their unique brilliance. To enable this, he helps develop better leaders and build better workplaces.
Prior to consulting, Haydn worked as Head of Learning for a number of large corporate organisations, supporting the development of learning cultures. Over the past 7 years Haydn has consulted, working across a range of sectors from finance to manufacturing, hospitality to high end engineering (Formula 1).
Laura Davies-Clare
Laura is a change and leadership development professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.
In addition to her work with us, Laura is also a Director at Future Considerations and Transcend Consulting, which are specialists in leadership and change. Her public-sector work includes the Ministry of Defence, with recent private sector work including a large healthcare organisation.
A procurement and supply chain specialist, Laura combines a commercial perspective with a deep focus on the developmental goals and aspirations of individuals. She is able to draw on her experience as an internal change consultant at Unilever, alongside her expertise in large-scale public procurements. She has designed and led transformations spanning all levels of organisations, including individual coaching and high-performance team development.
Charlie Cannon
For ten years Charlie has facilitated, coached and studied in the area of human potential, with a purpose of supporting leaders and their teams to improve performance, achieve better results and create positive change. He specialises in the areas of growth mindset relating to emotional intelligence, resilient leadership, and team collaboration. His passion is helping people build self-awareness, change behaviour and create practices, which support them in being at their best in increasingly challenging environments.
During his career Charlie has had the opportunity of working with a host of difference sectors and organisations, from financial services and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to Police Services and government. Client solutions include building growth mindset culture, leadership coaching and development programmes, and wellbeing initiatives.
Prior to working as Leadership Coach and OD Consultant, Charlie spent seven years in the health and fitness industry where at one point, he was the personal trainer to two Oscar winning actors. Charlie also played rugby for England Schools and Hockey for West of England.
Nazia Fitzpatrick
Nazia is a Business Psychologist and coach, with a breadth of experience ranging from talent management and inclusion through to leadership development. Nazia combines contemporary organisational development practises with the best of workplace psychology to ensure her work is current and relevant.
Nazia has over 20 years public and private sector experience in various leadership roles. She strives to understand the client context and ensures it is at the heart of any intervention she delivers.
Her coaching and facilitation experience ensures that she can skillfully support leaders previously stuck to find a way forward.
Charlotte Jarrett Badman
Charlotte is an outstanding coach and facilitator who works with individuals and teams determined to invest in themselves and realise their full potential. She has over 20 years of experience helping leaders to solve complex problems, maximise their performance and achieve success.
Charlotte has a wealth of experience in professional services firms and corporates, with notable depth in Financial Services and Media. Prior to coaching, she enjoyed a successful consulting career working in a client-facing capacity for KPMG and Oliver Wyman. Her extensive practical experience operating in high-performing organisations means she understands first-hand, and never underestimates, the challenges and complexities of demanding professions.
Charlotte has been a Magistrate for over a decade and sits in both the adult criminal and family courts. She leverages her experience and skills as a Presiding Justice to enhance her ability as a facilitator, managing meetings and workshops effectively and efficiently, and enabling all participants to contribute to the best of their capability. Charlotte ensures discussion is focused and relevant, and that the next steps are clearly understood.
Craig Kaye
Craig has spent most of his career working in learning and development, recently in senior roles in banking and insurance companies, and has also enjoyed a variety of challenging commercial roles. In 2007 he relocated to Malaysia for 7 years, establishing a local offering for an insurance business, and as Country Director of a BPO.
Craig’s experience of working for large organisations and small consultancy businesses, means he understands the complexities and challenges faced by leaders and individuals to deliver and now specialises in supporting high performing teams and leaders through coaching and leadership development programmes.
James Pickles
After ten years in operations roles in the hospitality industry, James moved into Market Research where he spent the next 19. An accomplished Sales Director, James created and led consistently successful and profitable sales teams with a hands-on approach. Towards the end of his career in Sales, James increasingly focussed on coaching and mentoring not only his own direct reports but also upskilling and supporting other sales divisions from across Europe.
James now specialises in the areas of growth mindset, leadership coaching and confidence coaching. His focus is helping successful leaders manage stress in themselves and their teams, to improve calm, clear thinking and improve confidence in forming sustainable healthy work practices. His passion is helping people communicate with greater transparency and confidence, building self-awareness and iterating behaviour to support them in being at their best in increasingly challenging environments.
During his career James has had the opportunity of working with a host of different sectors and organisations across various industries including market research, technology, and banking services.
Simon Clarkson
An economics graduate from Leeds University, Simon traded commodities for Barclays for 5 years in London until a ‘chance’ meeting led to the beginning of a personal journey into the world of performance psychology.
An accomplished trainer, facilitator and keynote speaker, Simon has worked with a diverse range of individuals and organisations on programmes to realise potential, develop growth mindsets and build mental skills and resilience. His experience encompasses working with clients in financial services, engineering, pharmaceuticals and broadcasting to public sector bodies such as the NHS and Fire & Rescue Services. Simon has also worked extensively in education and with sporting clients, from Olympians and F1 teams to Premiership Rugby and Premier League Football.

He delivers dynamic and powerful workshops, speeches and programmes focusing on the role of mindset in driving change and delivering successful outcomes. Chris is a Chief Wellbeing Officer and Stress Scientist who is passionate about fostering individual growth and organisational excellence. A seasoned learning and development professional he has a proven track record in leadership, and strives to consistently maximise employee performance.
Chris has developed and delivered multiple executive excellence programs to various industries including banking, travel and tourism and the arts industry. With his focus being resilience, performance and wellbeing.
Chris is an experienced coach and international speaker. He ensures that his delivery is energized, engaging with strong actionable topics to make an immediate impact.
Carley Brown
Carley is a business psychologist and consultant specialising in high-performance development for leaders and teams, organisational change, and organisational development strategy.
Her career began in maximum security prisons where she mastered the art of guiding behaviour change in high stakes environments through applied psychology, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Over the past decade she has worked across professional services, financial services, higher education, and commercial executive teams, helping leaders build resilience, collaboration and high performance.
She is known for her energising and pragmatic style and believes that lasting change happens when science-based insights are translated into practical tools leaders can use every day, embedding behaviours that drive sustained results.
